• We expect both the counselor and counselee to be courteous, respectful and attentive during counseling sessions as well as in all correspondence.
• We reserve the right to discontinue a counseling session if we deem no progress is being made or if the counselee becomes argumentative or verbally abusive.
• We reserve the right to deny future sessions if you don't show up for a phone or Zoom session without emailing us in advance or using the Calendly link to reschedule or cancel.
• We do not make any guarantees as to results. Results are based on your willingness to surrender and commit to God and walk in obedience by the Spirit according to the Bible.
• We do not guarantee confidentiality in the event of a physical threat to either youself or to someone else or if there is evidence of child abuse or criminal activity.
• We reserve the right to discuss your situation with our counseling team and to seek outside pastoral input if needed to provide more complete biblical solutions.
